Great place, close to Surfers Paradise but far enough away at the same time. Self-contained apartments... tidy and clean with all the amenities, sauna, gym and an epic pool and outside area, tennis courts and basketball hoop.

It has a living room, balcony, and kitchen, and is a five-minute walk from Surfers Paradise beach. The atmosphere is relaxed, and there are tennis courts, saunas, and swimming pools right outside. It's great value for money.

Excellent location—just a short walk to Surfers Paradise. The room is large and offers a lovely water view, although the furniture feels a bit dated. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming.

We didn't expect our stay to be in such a wonderful setting. With tennis court, fantastic pools area with gym etc. we were on the 2nd floor with Riverview WOW. The resort is totally central to all. Also the cost factor unbelievable not your normal Surfer Paradise $$$$$. Totally recommend

Soft bed, great size room and great price, we got carpark no worries and short walk to surfers

Situated in a really good location, walking distance to everything. The pool was awesome and had a really nice view over the river. The sauna was surprisingly big and a good feature. My favourite part was that it was quiet and we didn’t have to experience screaming children, pool areas weren’t over run with kids toys - great for an escape for adults.

We had the best time staying here. After staying at a hostel, it felt like absolute luxury!! It was comfortable with a gorgeous balcony view of the river, local birds singing, and visiting. The pool and spa were amazing, and it was a nice, peaceful experience, good quality, and affordable! Highly recommend

Everything about Paradise Island Resort is 10 out of 10 and the name of the place speaks for its self from its top location, amazing views, clean & comfortable so central to everything, easy to find, great facilities, friendly staff, awesome atmosphere - list goes on and best part really affordable!

Very helpful staff and really nice rooms. It is located just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Surfers Paradise, but only a few minutes walk to whatever you want.

This is my second time staying in this apartment, this time with my kids. The staff and the manager Niroj are very helpful and it has an affordable price rate. We had a late flight and they were very accommodating, letting us use the pool area.

Myself and my son really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Island Resort. Our room was clean, dated but very well presented. The room was large with basic essentials and the balcony was well kept with a clothes airer which was brilliant. Management was a lovely gentleman, and our late self check in was well communicated. Staff were very friendly. The pool and gym area were a hit with my teenage son. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk for me to caffe and shops, restaurants and sky point. 10 minutes to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful, large, and spacious rooms. Overall, a bit dated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, as it's just a few minutes' walk from various restaurants and shops, and the beach is just a stone's throw away.

Has a great atmosphere, the pool area felt so tranquil with the waterfall, the pool is beautiful to swim in. Rooms are clean and bed was so comfortable, the sheets were so white and clean, it was great to see how cleaning staff do a great job. All staff were so friendly, l loved staying here only a short walk to main areas like Cavill Ave and just was so relaxing and peaceful feel to the place. Highly recommend and l will definitely stay here again, it’s my new go to place l just loved everything about it.
