Paradise Island Resort offers accommodation in a quiet, serene riverfront location within close walking distance to the beach and public transport, and the excitement of Surfers Paradise with its hundreds of shops, dining and entertainment options.
Our accommodations are comfortable 3.5 star self-catering, with a choice of Hotel-Style Rooms, Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartments, and offer affordable Surfers Paradise riverfront accommodation for guests who want the best value for money for their Gold Coast holiday.
Please Note: We are better described as a motel, not a resort – but the name was chosen when the property was originally opened.

Paradise Island Resort occupies a quiet riverfront location in Surfers Paradise, and only a short stroll to the patrolled beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment precinct. A patrolled Beach, three major supermarkets, newsagent, liquor stores and spa salons and the Cavill Mall are all less than 10 minutes walk.
Our hotel/motel style rooms offer minimal facilities but represent excellent value to price-conscious travellers, and our Studio and 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments include cooking facilities and washing machine/dryer. All rooms and apartments are air-conditioned with a private balcony.
